Nov 07, 2020 It#39;s most likely because the memory you were looking at is only sold as single or dual stick kits, or maybe they just didn#39;t test it so they can#39;t confirm whether it works or not in a 4 dimm configuration. Also, do you really need 64GB of ram? Because if you fill all 4 slots, you kind of lose the benefits of dual channel memory.

But really triple channel will make a very small difference so id just get a 8gb dimm and add it to the last slot and it should work and give you 14gb.
